My name is Bailey Opsal.
I am a life coach and speaker on a mission to empower, inspire, and support young women like you to love themselves & their bodies.
I know from experience how painful it is to live in a place of constant self-hatred, feel uncomforable in my body, lack confidence, compare myself to other women, & live a life that doesn’t feel truly *me*. It is my passion to inspire young women like you to finally love their bodies, love themselves, and reclaim the freedom and confidence you deserve so you can fearlessly puruse everything you desire (because life is so much more than just struggling, lady!).
It’s time to love yourself, love your body & live completely free.
So what brings me to this powerful,
soulful, and passionate work?
An intense struggle with myself. For many years as a young woman, I never felt like I was good enough. Not pretty enough. Not smart enough. Not outgoing enough. Just not enough.
I thought that in order to be worthy and loved, I needed to do more, be more, achieve more, and hide who I truly was. I believed that the uniqueness, silliness, and playfulness that I had embraced in myself as a child, was too much, too weird, and too out there. So I buried it. I didn’t realize that my worthiness was inside me, unaltered and innate.
Eventually this manifested into a problem with food. I used food (or lack of it) to keep myself small and unengaged in life. My body was a war zone and I used it as an excuse to not live my life. Self-sabotage at its finest. This was the pattern for many years. My lack of confidence, self-esteem, and perfectionism fueled my self-sabotage. And it was exhausting. I was rarely authentically happy and really good at pretending to be okay when I wasn’t. I was scared, lonely, and sad, so afraid of showing the world who I was. Never feeling enough. After many years of keeping myself small, I realized there had to be something more.

about my food struggle?
After healing my relationship with food and my body over several years, I finally recognized that who I was had always been enough.
The weird, quirky person I am was loveable all along. I didn’t need to hide any part of myself. Once I fully embraced that, I gained the confidence and freedom to start pursuing the life I had always desired. And there is nothing more valuable than that.
Today is a much different story for me.
I embrace myself and recognize there is no one like me. And that is my power. I am the confident, silly, and fiercely loving woman that I always wanted to be and I am living out my dreams unapologetically. I love my body but recognize that it isn’t a marker of my self-worth. And I finally let go of perfectionism and have the confidence that I always desired. I want this for you too, beautiful. It is amazing what happens when you get out of your own way.
I know first-hand how freeing it is to completely allow yourself to love and be who you are.
How much potential you realize you have when you reclaim freedom and confidence in your life & your body. There is nothing better than choosing to live completely alive. And you are capable, beautiful.
When I’m not working with wonderful women such as yourself, you can find me:
Exploring the wilderness; walking; watching a movie; baking cookies (let’s be real, just eating the dough); daydreaming about faraway lands to visit; dancing in the kitchen; and spending time with people that I love.
Want to know me even better?
I love the outdoors, traveling, summiting mountains, backpacking and swimming in the ocean. One of my greatest accomplishments to date is backpacking 128 miles with my sister in the Pacific Northwest.
Laughing is my favorite and being silly is my specialty. It is seriously the greatest. Love to be weird, strange, and totally unique? Me too, lady. But of course there is a time and place for it. And that is ALWAYS.
Running is my passion and a part of my identity. I am proud to say that I pursued my dreams and became a collegiate runner.
I graduated college in three years (oofda) with a biology major and psychology minor. I am a self-proclaimed nerd, lover of learning, and closet teacher’s pet. School is just so wonderful.
